75-Hour Home Care Aide Program Cost

The total cost to complete the 75-hour Home Care Aide training program is:
Total Tuition: $770.00

This tuition includes all required training components:

Core Basic Training (54 hours)
Orientation and Safety Training (5 hours)
Dementia Level 1 Training (8 hours)
Mental Health Level 1 Training (8 hours)
Nurse Delegation Core Training (9 hours)
Nurse Delegation – Special Focus on Diabetes (3 hours)
CPR and First Aid Certification

Included in Tuition

Your tuition covers:

Instruction and training materials
Classroom and hands-on skills lab training
CPR and First Aid certification
Program administration and student support services

Additional Costs (If Applicable)

The following costs are not included in tuition and may be required:

State certification testing fees (paid separately to the testing provider)
Washington State Home Care Aide application and licensing fees
Replacement certificates or additional administrative services (if requested)

Payment Policy

All tuition and fees must be paid in accordance with the school’s payment policies.
Certificates of completion may be withheld until all financial obligations are satisfied.

Financial Aid

Caregiver for Hire USA, LLC does not currently offer federal financial aid.
